We endeavour to ship your shoes as soon as we receive your order. Please note however that we cannot despatch at the weekend or on bank holidays.
Delivery times can vary depending on the destination. Generally Standard An Post items are delivered between 3 to 7 working days.
For deliveries to Irish addresses the postage and packing cost is €6.50 per pair of shoes.
Be assured we do not seek to make a profit on postage and packaging. We have to pay the same amount for every parcel we send and the €6.50 charge reflects that. If you return goods to us we ask you to pay the postage on the goods you return but we will pay for anything we send back to you. If we have made a mistake on your order we will send you a free post label on request or arrange for the goods to be collected.
Postage and packing delivery charges are unfortunately non-refundable and this does not affect your statutory rights.
We currently do not offer deliveries outside of Ireland but hope to do so in the future.

If you do not wish to receive printed media through the post please contact us and request to be removed from our mailing list.
From time to time we may pass your details on to carefully selected third parties who’s products or services may be of interest to you. If you do not wish for us to pass your details on to such companies please select the relevant option during our checkout our contact us requesting to opt out of any Third Party Mailings.
You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and /or User Information, we are entitled to do so.
When entering any of our contests or prize draws, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by telephone or email. When you enter a contest or prize draw, you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Website. - Returns & Replacements

Cushyfeet.com operates a fair, no hassle returns policy. Our policy allows you to send your item(s) straight back to us for a replacement or refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Shoes must be unworn and with their original packaging.
Refunds are processed through your original payment method. For example, if the original order was paid for by credit card, then the refund will be returned to you by credit card.
If you return goods to us we ask you to pay the postage on the goods you return but we will pay for anything we send back to you. If we have made a mistake on your order we will send you a free post label on request or arrange for the goods to be collected.
